Outdoors, they are quite potent in my opinion. Ours were tested at an avg of 19%. The highest test we had was at 24.4 if I remember right. I grow organically outdoors and feel that potency can be more greatly impacted outdoors.
No, its not a Supernova cut. I've used them before, but they have a very high genetic variation and their genotypic expression is common, so I wasnt always ending up with what I needed.
