Got a mixture of germinated girls ready to go outside. Have 2 spots. One is alot more sunny but has a greater chance of being rumbled upon and the other not so much sun but more hidden out the way.

I have as follows:
1x purple haze auto
1x super skunk auto
1x orange punch auto

3x orange punch photo
2x super skunk photo
2x alien gorilla photo

How much direct sunlight do these girls really need?

In the UK hense the want to go further in the undergrowth where it is a tad more shady but secure

At least 6 hours of direct sun per day, more would be better,of course.

What if there wasnt this much? What would actually.happen? And is there anyway of calculating how much light a certain spot would have per day? Also what type of plant would need more light than the other photo ot auto?

They'll still grow, just slower, and the buds will be smaller and "fluffier".
mainly leaf n hair
^^^ Exactly ^^^ The only way I know of for figuring out the hours of sun on a certain location is to watch
that spot and see how much sun it actually gets in the course of a day.
Or if you want to get technical, set up a camera to do time lapse shots of the spot all day.
It's a lot easier to just watch it, If you can...keep it simple.

A cheep lux meter should tell the tail. Lol
True, for the intensity, but he needs to know how many hours a day also.
