Hey 2 of my plants are just starting to bud, I heard cutting off some of the fan leaves around the budding areas is a good idea so they get more sun and therefore grow more, is this true? I don't want to be shredding apart my plants for no reason.
Thanks :peace:

Think of the large fan leaves as the main solar panels of the plant. They are what collect the most light for the process of photosyntesis. By cutting them off you actually impede growth rather then encourage it. :peace:
