rain water?

hi all you grower's could any1 tell me if rain water is better than tap for the plant ?????? and would putting live worm's in the water for a few day's do any good ??????

I use rain water when I can, works great for me, I dont know about the worms in water.

i use rain water as our well has a high ph.and i don't know about worms in the water but i have put night crawlers in my plants soil.i figured they couldn't hurt and so far ,so good. take care there in montana. c ya,todd
