tops of pink kush buds are ready but rest of cola still has a lot of white pistils... another week?

Use a jeweler's loupe or "pocket/handheld microscope," preferably 20X to 50X, to examine the heads of the trichomes on the flowers (not the leaves). Harvest when you feel that you've got the maximum number of cloudy ones possible. That'll be peak potency. You won't see 100% cloudy heads, but at some point you'll start seeing more cloudy-headed ones turning amber (degraded, past peak potency) than clear-headed (immature, not yet at peak potency) ones turning cloudy.

I agree I shoot for 10% clear 10% gold 80% opec cloudy best time to cut her down of your going for quality over quantity

Looks like 3+ WEEKS to me. If you're outdoors in NA harvest aint till October earliest with REG seeds.
