Soo today is 8 week into flower, I harvested one of my girls today and thought I'd leave the others in for longer Because the others didn't look ready yet, due to white pistils everywhere.

BUT I looked at the trichomes, and I seen nice, steady, milky and bit of amber trichomes. Is she ready or not ?

Are you looking at the trichs on the buds themselves or the sugar leaves? Ones on the sugar leaves can't go by because they will change earlier so not a good gauge for being ready. Some Strains the pistils never turn, but looks like she has quite a ways to go based on how straight they all are still IMHO, but going by the trichs is still a better gauge.

Yes, the little leaves coming right now the bud. As your said I don't really like the bud shape or structure BUT The trishs nice milky, all around the plant... Just harvested her sister today and pistils where about 40-30% white. So confused

Not ready, can tell that without looking at the colour of the trichs. Some plants will show you a few amber trichs at an early stage, the colour of them is a good guide but not the only factor for harvest. Looks about 2 weeks away in my opinion.
