Repotted seedling turning white

Can someone please advise.... newly reported seedlings put outside from under 100w bulb leaves are turning white. What have I done wrong have never encountered this before.

Looks like light bleaching. Are you in proper soil or is it just any old potting soil cannabis requires a buffered medium with plenty of nutrients. Flush your container if the water comes out red or orange flush till clear then feed vegetative nutrients. It could be light bleaching because it cannot feed properly or it is burning period from being to close to the bulb. But a flush and feed is needed also to make sure it has what it needs without lockout preventing uptake.

So water till run off then feed her she is starving from not being able to feed due to lock out so she is bleaching from the lamp.
