Just recently picked up a new ro/di system but turned out it had a faulty de-ionizer filter so when I spoke to the company turned out that all these systems had a bad de-ionizer and the company rep asked If I had purchased it for an aquarium or garden use ,I told her garden use so she Advised me to get a 3 stage mixed mineral filter which basically makes the water into mineral water is what she explained to me so I am wondering if anyone else uses one of these ro systems testing shows the water to come out at 6.5ph and have a ppm of 145-157 so hoping to find someone else who is used the mixed mineral filter in there ro system so I can get an idea of how useful they are as replacements are apparently $35
