Rookie needs help

Hi I am a beginner I currently have two small plants outdoors I have some good seeds I want to grow indoors in my room I've done some research but I'm still learning I'm wondering what would be the best grow light in the price range of $20 - $120 the cheaper the better but I also want something decent ... Some I've been looking at (home depot,blossom.experience) and not sure which one to get or maybe someone has better options.. Any suggestions or advice would be gladly appreciated Thank you

For that price range your best bet is probably to find a small T5 setup. The only other way is to buy one of the ballast kits where you build your own ballast.
