Root aphids? Spider mites? What do I do?

If you have to go ahead and Google it so you can feel safer doing it I understand that people are hesitant to do things to their plants that they do not know but this is something that I do on a regular basis

They had no neem oil where I went too.
They have never heard of it. I did see the hydrogen peroxide but it was 5% could I still use that and just dilute it a bit more or just give it in a smaller dose?

I still want to pick up the neem oil too though so I can start using it as a foliar spray and as a repellent in the future.

You can most definitely use the 5% just use 10 mL of the 5% to 1 gallon of water if you have anymore questions please just let me know I am more than happy to help
