Seedling not growing third pair of leaves

Hi
My 9 days old seedling (special queen from rqs) isn't growing the third pair of true leaves...can it be a genetic issue? Or is it simply slow?

That looks about right for 9 days old. Most common mistake for seedling are over watering. Make sure you let the soil dry out almost completely before watering again and the growth will be much faster than if you keep soil wet all the time

I weight the pot to be sure that I am not overwatering

Nice! Maybe just a slow seeding I tend do do 3-6 seeds of the same strain at the same time and once in a while I have a lagger. I discard them because they stay slow
