Seeds husky attached to seedlings

2 out of my 10 seedlings have the seed husk still attached around the top what should I do? (Photos attached) Lights at 24” and set to about 1/8 intensity HLG 650 R

Give it a day then you may need to gently assist removal. They say not to but I've had good luck on the few stubborn husks. Those beans cost to much to take many chances.
 
As Mick says, you should moisten it first. Give it a minute to soak up the water first, then very gently try to remove the husk, and the membrane. Use a toothpick, a pin, or tweezers, your fingers aren't gentle enough. It's really easy to rip it's head right off.
Thanks everybody I got one of them off the other one is holding on for dear life going to give it a couple days
