Seeds Molded?

Just got some seeds in the mail and they have black flakes on the outer shell. Could this be mold?

the seeds look OK. Could they be the dried out pods?

That looks just like plant matter stuck to seeds I harvested. So what Schtiggy said.

store seeds in fridge... looks dried out but u can try
