In Ontario, True North would probably be the quickest. I got my last order from them in 3 (maybe 2?) days. They are here in Ontario. I have grown Canuk seeds (their in house brand) and the plants were vigorous, and matched descriptions of the strains. They also give you freebies based on your order size. There is a forum doscount code too, but I can't remember what it is.
