In your opinion would a 1200 in a 4×4 ve sufficient

If it were me I would get the 3000 just to get more penetration thru the canopy with my last grow I was using three 1200’s and my lower buds didn’t develop quite as well as the top I mean she was my first so I could have trained her better so I could use less light..... ya know?
