Should I Flush

I am 100% sure I have nitrogen toxicity however I just watered them yesterday with same amount of nitrogen I was using before
They are northen lights auto flower being grown in soil
Do you think I should flush then water again with less nutes and how would I go about doing this

Flushing is usually achieved using straight water/ RO, sometimes combined with a flushing agent like FloraKleen. Normally, N toxicity is resolved by withholding ALL N during feeding for a time or by proper flushing and a resumption of scheduled feeding.
