Sick plants help needed please

I have 13 plants that all seem to have this problem
thought it was heat stress at first. is this a manganese issue???
PH is at about 6.7
If its a ph problem, can I just flush and move on? I just watered yesterday.
Please if you have a suggestion, pass it on to me, new grower

how are you watering? whats your lighting? soil looks really wet

The soil is wet because i flushed it from nutrients i thought that was the problem ,but no,they are not getting better.
lights are led 150w(red blue) 50w (white) temperature approx 28c humidity approx 65%.
