Sick please help

This is my first grow and having problems,leaves curling down and tips look burnt plants in general kind of droopy any ideas?

that looks a bit like heat stress to me. How close are your lights to the affected leaves?

the droopiness doesn't look to be a problem.. the plants cycle includes a bit of droopiness. If it's not the natural droop to raise cycle, you may be overwatering slightly. I water when the bottom few sets of leaves begin to droop, by then the soil has dried out enough for the roots to search for water
