Slow water uptake?

Hi guys...I have 7 plants in day 45 of flowering. 6 white widow and a Northern Lights Blue. The widows were watered yesterday as normal. They were dry as usual. The NLB was still pretty damp and is still as I type this. I water every 3rd day and she was dry before her last watering. Now, 4 days later, still damp. This lady is almost ready to harvest as she is about 10 days ahead of the widows. She looks great but I'm confused as to why she is still pretty moist.
Could she be taking in less water because she's at the end of her flowering??

Any input appreciated

Thanks to you both. I checked her this morning and she looks super good but her soil is still damp, even on top. In contrast, the 6 other ladies are dry! They were fed two days ago and the NLB skipped her last.

If you're coming to an end, stop watering at all or do it once a week (unless you use non-organic nutrients). Plant puts everything in the buds at this point and you need to force her to use reserves for better resin production and better taste. Otherwise you slightly slow her down.
