Small out door plants

I believe I read on here a few months back, about some smaller plants that only got about 2ft tall. Does anyone know where to buy some of these seeds?

If Stealth is your reason, another option is to start your "garden" late...like mid-July...and the plants won't get more than 2-3 feet tall by harvest.
