So I bought some floranectar

I was looking for unflavored SWEET, but they didn't have any.
I've had the quart for about a week. after running it at light rate I had more slime build up, and slippery surfaces in the res.
I decided to try it again, after a nute change but run 1ml per gallon.
In one weeks time my bottle fermented on me! I shook it up, like i do all my nutes. When I opened it it foamed like a beer and smelled like old PBR.

Should I skip these carb products all together? or run Sweet?

I have used both, sweet and floranectar in a ------------ system, I've notice a little slime also but not fermintation ... I switched to bud candy, no problems whatsoever, I still use sweet and flora but mainly during flush period, what system are you running?
