Soil, week 3 of flowering, how they looking??

hi this is my first real grow with proper tent and light just wondering how yous guys think they are looking they are 3 weeks into bud from to day any comment or advice you could give would be appreciated thanks
while am here a may aswell ask lol do yous think givin them a trim would help??
could any wan guess what i could get out of these wen ready

strain - some sort of cheese i was told lol
medium - soil
temperature - 28c
light - 400w hps
pot size - 6 gallon
feed - 5ml of bio bloom + 5ml of topmax + 2ml of big bud to 2liter of water (will stop big bud at 4th week)

Not looking too bad for 3rd week. Do you have a scope to examine your trichomes? That is the best way to determine when to harvest that I know of. It also depends on what kind of high you are looking for, but the trichs will tell you when it is time.

As for estimated yield it is hard to say without strain info. Do not be afraid to defoliate though even with lst all of my girls love a good haircut every now and then. This pic is my favorite girl in week 2 of flower.
