Put 2 seeds in water at 4:45 PM Day 1
Day 3 But on day 2 I put the seeds in a paper towel on the rim and the plate on a slope to see if the taproot would grow down because of gravity. It makes sense to me. Used 6.3 ph water

1/4" taproot, left in towel until today.
Filled 2 gallon plastic pot and solo cup with FFOF and watered with tap water.
