Spots on plants

Can someone explain these spots. Plants are about 3 1/2 weeks. Just started noticing these yesterday. Changed water in hydroponic container Tuesday and up nutes to 1100 parts per mil. Appreciate any help.

Can't see try turning off your led and turning on some normal lighting then take another pic. The blurple light makes it extremely hard to see.

Your ppm's should be around 450-700 in early veg and around 750-950 in early bloom.
Your PH should be around 5.5-6.5.
I think that you have nute burn so lower your ppm's by diluting your solution with straight ph'd water until you get within a safe range.

I agree although I'm in coco I'm feeding 1000 ppm and I'm at almost 4 weeks 12/12 when I was 3 weeks from clone in veg I was around 500ppm

You can increase your ppm's as the plants become more mature.
