Super Lemon Haze

Got 2 plants on go from seeds, im a 1st time grower so let them veg until they 3 to 4 feet tall as i didnt keep track of weeks, but 1 plants stands a good half foot above the other and now that they under 12/12 the taller plant has hardly any female pistills at all where as the smaller 1 looks great and pistils everywhere so am confused by the taller plant, advice please

I am growing 2 super lemon haze right now. Both of mine were started from feminized seed. 1 is now about 5.5ft tall and the other is roughly 4ft. So it could be just a different pheno. We're the seeds regular or femanized? Do you have any pics?
