Hey friends,
I'm in about the last 2 maybe 1 week of chopping my girls, 1 White Widow, 1 Red, Cherry Berry, 1 Northern Lights and 1 OG Kush. My grow closet is cropped for space. I have set up an actual grow tent, its 4'x4'x6.5'. I have 2 300watt cheap, Chinese led lights(they do have brand names but out of respect to the site, I won't list the brand name). They both pull about 150 watt each from the wall. That's 300 watt from the wall total. In my grow closet I have a 600watt HPS. Not sure what it is drawing from the wall. The Grow closet is about 4'x3.5'x7.5'. What I want to do is take 2 of my girls, the shortest ones and put them in the tent the last 2 weeks of flowering to give the girls space and hopefully add to a better harvest. I feel like because of the crowdedness that I'm wasting sweet spot lighting. Can I do this switch and have zero, negative impact? If I do make the switch, how should I go about it? How far from the leds to the top of the canopy should I put the leds? Please help me. Any info and help is appreciated. Pics are attached.
