Task Force Busting Mobile Dispensaries In San Diego

Jim Finnel

Fallen Cannabis Warrior & Ex News Moderator
The San Diego Police, Sheriffs, and other "multi-task" forces have been setting up and busting local mobile dispensaries this whole week.

At least 5 confirmed - probably more, local mobile dispensaries have provided medicine to undercover police posing as patients, with recommendations.

Some of the bail money amounts have been as high as $63,000.

San Diego ASA will be deciding what our response will be to the latest round of terroristic tactics from local law enforcement, at this Sunday's MPP event February 8 and our regular SD ASA meetings (2nd Tues of the month) Feb 10.

UPDATE:

After more investigation and release on bail of some of the local mobile dispensaries, it seems that all the cases are linked to a local patient "Jessica".

The few people I have confirmed (at least 3) were all entrapped by a long-haired guy named Jaime Conlon (the undercover cop) and meet the people at a house in Navy housing on Pico St in the Pt. Loma area.

They (cops) say the whole set up is caught on tape. Therefore, hopefully the victims (these local mobile dispensaries) will be able to defend themselves in court.

Update on raids & Don Duncan, California Director of ASA, Coming to SD ASA meeting tomorrow, Feb 10

Many in the medical cannabis community and 3 of the victims of last weeks raids, gathered after Sunday's MPP event and discussed what had happened and how we should respond.

The raids (as reported earlier), all the cases are linked to a local patient
"Jessica Owen". The few people I have confirmed (at least 4) were all entrapped by a long-haired guy using the name Jaime Conlon (the undercover cop) who met the people at a house in Navy housing on Pico St in the Pt. Loma area. They (cops) say the whole set up is caught on tape. Therefore, hopefully the victims (these local mobile dispensaries) will be able to defend themselves in court.

The bottom line seems to be unless you are connected to these people or location - we think you're ok. There does not appear to be a wide spread attack on the whole medical cannabis community, since most where not busted including the 3 or 4 who have physical locations.

Obviously, this is a huge misuse of resources for a government crying poverty, but it shows the depth of their intent.

San Diego ASA will be deciding what our response will be to the latest round of
terroristic tactics from local law enforcement, at our regular SD ASA meeting Feb 10 (2nd Tues of the month).

Don Duncan will be a special guest (see bottom), providing his vast experience at this time when we need San Diego to step forward, not backwards.
