TDS &PH what are acceptables for tap waterfor germination

PH 7.4 ish and TDS 650 to 720
i want start germ ropcess and i bought some spring water to start them
andy advice on this would be helpful
will be GH nute i also have ph up and down Gh
H also. want to get thing rolling ,But want to start it off right

Mate , water out of the tap is fine for germination, i wouldnt add any chem up or down to change ph. Just put the seeds in a glass of water.
