THC CBD during Veg and Males?

I had read that in veg the leaves of Harlequin tests at approx 4% CBD and 2% THC.

Are there other strains with similar numbers and does this include males?

not sure of actual test results but my revegg plants that are doctor from greenhouse seeds shows visual trichs on every leaf in veg.MIght have to do with being revegged.
