I wanted to post my method of growing in How To Grow but I can't start a new thread like I just did in here? did someone muck up the permissions maybe while directing the moderators away from the page? Thanks in advance for your help.

No. The permissions are set the way that the administrator intended. That forum is not supposed to be open to new thread posts by general members.

If you have created a thread - or if you happen to see someone else's thread - that you feel belongs there, use the report post link in the first post of that thread and state your case.
