The mysterious Dr. Jean Tallyrand, M.D. of MediCannUSA

Dr. Jean Tallyrand runs a large host of MediCann clinics throughout California. However, in my experience, his clinic had about 1,000 licensing forms signed by him but not filled out. A physician's assistant then filled it out and signed as a "witness." I'm sure this is considered a bit crooked, but everytime I hear about the guy, he's expanded to have ten new clinics just installed around the state and lately, he's changed his "MediCann" to "MediCannUSA" ...Not like I care that the guy's clinics have everything BUT him inside, but I just wonder how he gets away with it. And has anyone actually ever met him before? Now *that* would be interesting!

I've never heard of him, but I did want to tell you that I love your avatar. I just got my new Towlie towel in the mail today from Comedy Central. He looks baked.
