The soil I have my seedlings in is starting to get crystals?

Ok so I accidentally used molasses with my first water on seedlings. I checked and looked like there are literally sugar crystals in my one solo cup. I’ve watered all the plants with the same water” well water”. Should I remove this plant?

You put the molasses on, why are you surprised to see sugar crystals? That is what sugar does when it dries out. No reason to remove the plant that I can think of.
