New to indoor grow overwatered

Hi all have experience in outdoor growing but indoor totally new to it well i did it lol dropped a month old seedling .. I watered her in the morning went to work and after went to check on the plants and accidentally dropped her and the plant came totally out of the solo cup. I quickly put the plant back in with some original soil that was watered earlier and then fresh unwatered soil . i added some water to the fresh soil which i now know was wrong . i did a transplant on saturday with completely fresh soil and a bit of water and a bigger pot

Now a question how long before i water again ? Soil is drying out nicely since saturday has been water free since

it all depends on where you are in the grow. @Emilya 's method is really quite definitive.

no way to tell from a pic of a plant not experiencing a regular wet/dry cycle... You should go by the lift method

Okay very very light . think i will give her one more day then follow your watering method
