Too early to transplant again?

Hello everyone, i started my 6 white widow up in 1/2 liter pots. due to what i think would be low temperature the plants had a slow start. after 20 days i potted them up to 6,5 liter pots.

When i potted them up they didnt have a root ball but i could see them sticking out of the bottom when i flipped the pot, and i could see them on the sides of the soil when i transplanted. nothing big and compact but they were visible.

since i potted up they really took off and grow higher and wider every day. but i have this idea that they should be in larger pots, perhaps 10-12 liters, my tent is 100x100 cm and 180 high, using 400w mh and hps.

So my question is, should i just transplant them to bigger pots now so they have 2-3 week before i flower them, or should the 6x 6,5 liter pots be fine?

For my next grow im probably going to skip the 6,5 pot and transplant directly into a 10-12 L pot from the 1/2 L pot.

Plant them in the biggest pots.

I use approx 21L pots, and I start my seeds in small 7.5cm pots. As soon as they have 2-4 full leaves, and/or roots are visible in the drain holes, I transplant them directly into the final pots.
