Too much light, LED, first indoor grow

I would get different soil.
If you're going to feed from a bottle you might as well go with coco with 30% pumice and use nutrients designed for coco, water everyday never let it dry out.
If you want to do organic and just use plain water and maybe a compost tea or two then I would build a Clackamas Coots type of soil recipe.
And while you certainly can transplant autoflowers its usually best not to.
An autoflower in organic soil using mostly plain water and a couple teas should be in a 7 gallon fabric pot.
In coco and bottle fed could go smaller like maybe 4-5 gal fabric pot.
