Police have arrested five people in connection with two separate cannabis grows.
Officers were able to carry out the arrests after receiving information from the public about a house in Portland Road, Hucknall, at around 12.25pm yesterday (Sunday, October 15).
They arrested a 40-year-old woman and two men aged 49 and 57 on suspicion of the production of cannabis.
Then officers searched another house in Millers Way, Kirkby, where around 20 plants were discovered.
A 26-year-old woman and a 24-year-old man were both arrested.
Police believe the two incidents are not linked.
