A coffee shop owner charged with several drug-related offences has been released pending a court appearance Jan. 13.

Kindred Cafe owner Dominic Cramer turned himself in to police at 52 Division on Monday accompanied by his lawyer, Alan Young.

He was released on several conditions, including the promise to stay away from others who were charged and to avoid marijuana or any paraphernalia.

"He's pretty restricted with what he can do business-wise," Young said yesterday. "But he can live within those conditions."

Two employees were charged with trafficking and five patrons for possession of marijuana after a raid last Thursday sparked by complaints in the Yonge-Wellesley Sts. community, police said.
