Update on first grow: PPM question

thank you all 420 mag peeps very helpful my lil plants started to grow more my ppm is at 1000 but my ph coming out on run off like a 5.5 -6 ph should i adjust ppm too 400 -700 ? ik 1000ppm is for like flowering stage heres some pics the youngest is my grand daddy the best looking rn is the grand pa stash the rest are unknow smokes

I use the same line. And have for several grows. I wouldn’t concern myself so much with run off. My medium is promix HP, and has buffers which effect runoff numbers. Not sure what you are using.

However, I have learned that using the ingredients at half strength gives far less problems than higher amounts. My current grow is in week seven of flower and my combination of micro grow and bloom is 2ml/L on each. I don’t mess with the ratios. At repeated 2.66ml/L feeds, I start to see signs of lockout. With plants your size, I would still be on 1ml/L on each.

Another thing I have learned, is calcium deficiency is likely to occur by week 2-5 of flower if you dont do something to supplement it. If you ask advanced nutrients, they will tell you you do not need to add calcium to that line. But I disagree with them, as adding calcium corrected the issue I was seeing repeatedly.

That’s my 3 plants at being fed at 2ml/L week 7 flower. I think it’s around 850with all my extras added in!
