Vapes and thc cartridges

Can anyone recommend a reliable source for vape pains and thc cartridges?? I live in Scotland and have no chance of finding something local!!

Like the nearest place it's legal to buy the stuff, you mean? I don't think it's legal anywhere in Europe. Last I checked (admittedly, a couple of years ago), even Dutch coffee shops - where cannabis is "tolerated" - were only selling bud and hash.
