Too bad it failed. Tho I live in Colorado , I live nowhere near Colorado Springs... the first large city to shut off power to parks, refuse to pick up trash... all unless you as a local community (read subdivision) pay out of your own pockets to get the lights on and trash removed. This way only rich areas will have the perks of parks they can use and the poor will do without..... lol @ Colorado Springs... =/
