Webbing on my plants

I have a very thick white webbing on my buds only. It didn't appear until I brought my plants in, and its only on one plant at the moment. It seems entirely too thick and sticky for any bug to move through. It almost looks like a thick white mold. Does anyone have an idea what could b wrong?

I use the "My Photos" button on the lower left side of the reply box. It brings up your photo gallery so you can select what photos you want to include within your reply.

It does look like a white furry mould, but it could be thick caterpillar webbing...

Spray water on it, see if it washes off.

I had spider mites in the beginging of my grow what I did was used ph was in a bowl and using latex gloves got my fingers wet and went through and wiped off every leaf and stem I did that for about 2 days then bought liquid lady bug spider mite killer and sprayed as directed. My spider muted were gone for good after about 3 days of use. I contuined using for about a week to make sure ..
