What are these bugs, and are they a problem?

Any help identifying these bugs and if they are pests or not...

Looks kinda like a stink bug but hard to tell from those pictures, and I’m not sure if they r harmful but the stem looks damaged right underneath it, or did u have it tied there maybe

I think that’s where the stem used rub against the cage. It’s not a stink bug. It almost looks like a horned bug

To me, it looks like a brown treehopper, that’s the best I could do on the google.

I’d say if not that than something very closely related, I googled it lol
