What lux do you run at in veg and flowering in tent?

I plan to try the Dr.meter Professional LED Light Meter to measure the lux of a 240w kingbrite led quantum board in a 32x32 tent. The tent has autoflower plants in it and the temperature in tent is like 77-81f with around 50 - 60% humidity in the tent.

I have read different numbers on different websites. What lux do you run at in veg and flowering on there?

I run autos, 36x36x72" tent, same temps and humidity. 400w budget led and Mars Hydro. Here's what I run but keep in mind you'll probably need Cal/mag at the high end of the Lux scale.

Lower the lights from seedling stage to veg slowly, like an inch or two a day. Watch for curling leaves and bleaching but as long as you lower slow you shouldn't have a problem.

Seedling like 5-7k lux
Veg up to 50k (45-50)
Flower 45-65k

Can anyone tell me why I had bleaching of my big bud in veg with a lux reading of 25,000 at the top of the canopy. I use a full spectrum LED light that draws 240 watt and I add 2-3 ml of cal/mag per gallon.
