What's going on here? Weird stuff

Hi All ,it's the beginning of flower here downunder and I have this one plant that is healthy as, but it has one branch that has weird White bits as you can see in photos .
Any Info will be welcome !

could be a deficiency, could be bleaching but I suspect it may be genetic like a form of variegation.

Cheers mate ,yeah it's a bit strange that it's only whats in the pic's no where else on the plant ! never had it before .
