whats the difference between all these different concentrates? Like goo, full melt hash, all that stuff. What gives, is it better than just regular hash? and if so why?

i agree with damago
that hash oil,, are just concentrated thc from the product you started with,, just less undesirable junk from plant matter all though not all desirable effects from weed may be extracted into your oils or hash i think,,
just basically concentrated thc and a few other things,,
but all depends on method of extraction,,iso, acetone,, butane,,
but there is that stuff called "budder" which supposedly is up to 99.7% thc,, this i think would be a superior product to any other,, but seems quite difficult to achieve thc acetate,, and then there are people who say that isomerization of hash or oil or hash oil if you like will make it stronger,, i have never tried either tho,,
