Whats The EASY WAY to Water?

I have a 6 x 2 x 3 veg box and a 6 x 2 x 12 Flowering chamber next to each other. I also have a 33 Gallon plastic drum filled with BLOOM Nutes between the two and a submersible pump is attached to pressurize the line.
Eventuallyif I stick with soil, I can simply add irrigation lines ada solenoid timer.
Problem: I need fresh PH reduced water every few days and the reservoir is filled with Bloom Nutes.
I have a 55 gallon plastic drum I can use but it is pretty damn big.
Maybe place the 33 on top of the 55 ?
Does anyone have any Nice Easy SetupsFor Watering?

I prefer hand watering my soil, until I get the setup and everything down pat.

However I use a water-wand.
