What's up with my plant?

hello,
I am growing a couple plants for the first time. I planted these plants at the same time using the same method and same seed but the plant on the lefts leaves are curling under. Any ideas what are going on?

how much are you watering them and how often? Also, have you given them any nutes?

Yes we are giving nutrients, fertilizer once a week. watering once a day?? Any ideas?

I'd say over watering but I'm no professional with indoor plants.

Watering once a day will definitely kill a weed... lift up your containers... feel all that water weight in there? That is bad. That is water pooling in the bottom, drowning your roots. Let those containers dry out all the way down to the bottom before you water... the weeds need to be dry at the roots every wet/dry cycle. Please read my article on watering a potted plant... it just might save yours.
