when do you flush and start feeding only water, after hairs turn red? Fan leaves are curling in and are skinny now...?

Look closely at the trichomes. A 50/50 cloudy/amber mix means the plant is ready for harvest. Most growers will flush with plain water at least one week before harvest, although with heavily fed plants you may want to start flushing even sooner.

Some growers like to flush every month or so, this will prevent salt buld up in the roots,

other then that, at least a week before harvest like roorman said.
