When to pluck those Juicy Buds!

:Rasta: Okay... this is my first REAL good harvest. My other two went bad, once outdoors...died, once had to move and had no other grow room :( Anyways, I have some plants that are looking great. Nice juicy buds. About 50 % of the pistols have turned brown and are covered in resins. I could wait a little longer I think BUT, the calix's below each bud are huge and the hairs coming out of those are brown. SO I would think they're ready to go. I have tried to use a teloscope to see the tricomes with no luck. I can see them but they have no color. Just appear as black. They are not dead or anything, it's just my microscope. Maybe 100X is to much. Anyways, would anyone care to give me any input? Should I wait for the bud pistols to turn 75% red/brown or should I harvest now while the calix's are resin full? Keeping in mind that the calix hairs are fully brown...
