When to start using CO2?

Hi guys,
My next grow room is a 6x15 flowering room with 3 Gavita 1000W DE and 10 foot ceilings. Those gavitas get freekin HOT.
I will have no problem with temperatures in the cool months. But in the summer time, I will need a 2ton AC and I assume in that case, I will also need CO2?

When the outside temp is cooler, I use an probe thermostat to turn on and off my exhaust fan. It draws enough cool air in to cool the room and get fresh air at the same time. When it gets very cold, I just turn the fan speed down. But when its very hot out, I can't use the exhaust fan as cooling anymore. I don't currently have enough AC to keep up with the Gavitas in the summer, so I've been autodimming to 50% and still near overheating constantly.

SO, If I get an AC big enough to keep that cool. It mean I dont' want to be exhausting all the cool air. So I need CO@ in that case right?

I would like to set my new room up with CO2, but only turn it on when the outside temp gets too high to use the exhaust fan for cooling.

Do I have it right?
